Hi! I'm Michele, the baker behind Pastry Works Bakery. Four years ago, I started my journey to learn more about the process behind baking. I was driven by a desire to understand different styles, techniques, and influences. Along the way I found a outlet that connected my analytical skills with creativity that was missing in my day-to-day life. 

 

But the greatest pleasure has been seeing others enjoy my creations.

So I've decided to take the next step and pursued a Cottage Food Operation License with Winnebago County Health Department and continue with this new adventure in baking.
